The Challenge and the Solution:
A few days of rain posed a challenge, but we overcame it with a magnificent transparent German tent. This ensured the event’s success while preserving the panoramic beach views. The tent, measuring approximately 60 feet in length and 120-130 feet in width, comfortably accommodated the 400-500 guests.
Decor Highlights:
- Ombre Mandap: A six-legged mandap, starting with pure white flowers at the base, transitioning to pink, and culminating in a vibrant red at the top, created a visually stunning focal point.
- Transparent German Tent: Allowing for unobstructed views of the beach and twilight, enhanced with flowing American crepe fabrics, fairy lights, lush foliage hangings, and elegant orchid-adorned lampshades.
- Grand Entrance: A reflective rose gold mirror walkway, accompanied by pyrotechnics, bubbles, and dry ice, created a dramatic and memorable entrance for the bride.
- Elegant Seating: Shivari chairs with pastel tie-backs replaced standard hotel seating, complementing the overall pastel color scheme. Pastel fabrics along the tent’s sides further enhanced the cohesive look.
- Scenic Walkway: A beautifully lit pathway, featuring Mirchi light and fairy light tunnels, and ten decorative arches, guided guests through the lush Sheraton grounds to the main event area.
- Circular Highland Bar: A central circular bar, adorned with hanging decorations, served as a social hub, with lounge seating and food displays surrounding it.
